We've been happy with the support we received and with the overall functionality of the program. Though the interface is a little clunky to setup and required us to do a bunch of testing to ensure the output we wanted, we've had good support and assistance when we got stuck and the app has met our initial needs.
Pros:
**Great for starting out as it allows for a fair bit of customization of what the customer can do without having to 'script' a solution. There are a few other apps out offering a more visually appealing (modern) interface and nicer features, but they tend to be pricier or have almost too many bells and whistles, requiring a steep learning curve.
**Hi Res output has generally been perfect for our needs
**Provides the Individual image files, allowing recreation of the art in things like Adobe if needed (though see cons).
Cons:
**The customer facing interface could use some enhancements to make it look and feel more modern. The interface tends to slow down if there are too many layers added.
**Output options are limited.
**PDF format is just a flat image. (Much more helpful would be a pdf with components separated to layers so they can be more quickly adjusted in programs like in Design or Photoshop. )
**Allows alignment to artboard, but not to individual items, so for cases with multiple objects that need alignment to one another, it is tedious and difficult for the customer to do.
**Customer 'save' size is limited to 4mb and that frequently prevents customers from saving their designs if they've included their own images.

I was having trouble downloading the original png file and emailed the support team. They fixed the problem within 24 hours. The application has some minor errors, but it is not an obstacle to use. Thank you!

A very good app except for one thing, the customisation is charged as a separate product rather than incorporated into the full price of the product, this makes a mess of my integration that processes my orders. Other than that it works very well.

Difficult to work with sometimes and the last several times I have ask for support it has either not been answered or I was blown off with a canned answer

I used this app to create a customisable product on my e-commerce store and I am very impressed! So easy to use and setup and the customer service is amazing. I had some trouble with the app conflicting with my current theme so I messaged via messenger and had a reply within 20 minutes, to follow up the issue was resolved overnight. I needed help getting the Customizer input window to display where I wanted it to be. I emailed support and within hours, I received a response explaining what I need to do and they even added an example. Solid support marks!

Hasan is SUPER helpful and patient, the app is great, if you find a limitation or have a question just contact them and they fix if and help you with anything. they helped me so that my clients could see ALL fonts on ALL devices, etc. really the best costumer service

The concept is good, but for some reason, it keeps telling me that I have been logged out. Hope there's more tutorial offered.

Usually I don't write a review even when I get a service i'm expecting based on what you pay for, but this app helped me a lot and without their best customer service I wouldn't be able to make it. Thank you Hasan as this guy is a superstar in being responsive as fast as you think and straight to the point and helpful. I appreciate all the handwork and I really recommend this app if you are in a customization industry.

Very easy and simple to use. Great for stores looking for customers to build/customize product. Hasan responded very quickly and fixed a few issues. App was working great it was more visual things I was trying to fix and again Hasan responded quickly fixed everything right away. Thank you!!

I wish it was free i just wanted a text box but i love how they help right away.
I have been trying to test it for a few days now unsuccessfully. When I spoke with CS Erica H, she advised to use it with Firefox. When I asked if it will eventually work with Chrome so I can make an informed decision to finalize which app to use post trial, her response was "I can see you are using Chrome, hence the suggestion to use Firefox" - verbatim - which is a stupid answer given the question. I responded back to "re-ask" my question but she did not bother replying. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. Small businesses have limited resources, including time and effort, and a day or two spent on figuring out one app that has many competition is a day wasted.
Advertised free plan for developing stores but actually no, must purchase a plan :( disappointing as I would like to try this for a new store

Great app! Just what we needed. The interface / dashboard is simple and easy to use for both the back end and for the customers. The app allows simple and more complex customizations to suit your products/services. Installation was a breeze. Technical support was top-notch and fast. Overall, we recommend this app.

Great customer service! The customize tool was working then all of the sudden stopped, I emailed Customify and got a response right away. They made some changed and kept in contact with me. They had to fix the coding or I.E and Edge. Love this APP, it is a great tool for providing custom service to my customers, and was easy to use
I wanted this app to work as the price and customisations were what I wanted but no go.
Keeps locking up when trying to add templates, and not enough product options. Doesn't have templates for rectangle objects like towels, as well as many other common products.
This app is insanely good, although I had to get help from the support, but Hasan was INCREDIBLE 1000/1000 RECOMMEND! Thank you so much for helping my store.
We are very pleased with how the App works and have used this App for over a 1000 shipped T-shirts as of now.
For our webshop, we've been able to style the front-end of the app completely to our liking by using some custom css.
The support is fast, typically responds within a day and solves bugs within a couple of days.

I am glad that Customify pops up when I was looking for app for custom products. Hasan has been very helpful. I know him from Feb this year. Hasan listened to my ideas and has managed to create A FEW product demos for me. I changed the designs over and over. He is always patient and give me advice not only on custom products and also give me tips on how to run this store and design the layout of store.
Every time I have concerns and text him, he is always there. Thanks to him now my store is ready to go.
