Customify ‑ Custom Product App

So far it is working well. Had a technical issue but support team was quick to fix it.

We thought that Customify was a good product but due to our design needs, it may be easier to work directly with customers to get something they are happy with. So we changed from the paid to free plan as we weren't using it.
I believe that the hallmark of a good company is what they do when there is an issue. In this case, we were charged for a month's subscription after we had downgraded the plan. Customify were onto this immediately after I raised it and refunded us within a couple of days. Absolutely 5 star service - no questions asked. I was so happy and would use them again.

The Customify team is truly helpful, working tirelessly to understand you and your needs and offer solutions. This is more important than the service itself; while the app can be a bit challenging to understand, you quickly become familiar with it, and Hasan is always available to support and guide you.

Hasan and the Customify team have been very responsive to our needs. We have been in the print-on-demand business for 14+ years and this app has been the best one for the price that we have used on Shopify. Nice work, Customify!

This app States that it has pricing options and Bulk order, what it fails to tell you is that those options are to integrate with another app that has those options. hasan was happy to refund our subscription and very helpful to resolve our issue.

They email me an offer of 60day free trial but asked about it they want me to do the free trial of 60days but with 30day monthly subscription which is more expensive. So the promotion “60 day free trial” is a catch for you to end up spending more.

It's a really good app to use for my website. The service is amazing. I asked for a few changes to make it perfect for my product and they can make it all possible. We are working on a few adjustments now but i'm sure this will be no problem with them. Definitely worth a try.

I have looked at a number of customisation apps for shopify but have found Customify to be the most flexible for me and for what i want to achieve.
I have a lot of wood products which can be laser engraved, I wanted the ability to charge depending on the complexity of customer customisations as well as on multiple sides of the products.
The support have been amazing in helping and providing some extra enhancements and is quick to respond.
The only thing I would like is a more complete help guide in understanding what all the functions and options actually do - as I don't use them all, and don't know what some of them do.

This is hands-down one of the most solid and mature Shopify apps I've encountered. The app delivered on every customization need I had, I was able to achieve exactly what I envisioned without making any compromises.
Hasan provided incredibly helpful assistance with responses that were both concise and precisely targeted to my needs. The turnaround time was impressively fast, which made the entire experience seamless.
