Absolutely outstanding customer service, we had a few issues with the installation of the App but after sending a message Hasan was more than happy to help. Hasan went above and beyond what was expected, the response time was fantastic and we are really looking to implementing this to our shopify store. The software is far more professional looking then any of the other customise product apps available. This is a real game changer for the items we sell thank you so much Hasan!!

Hassan (tech support) is very quick and professional. Whenever I email with any question he usually replies within few minutes and comes up with a solution within an hour or so.
Customify is undoubtedly the best product customization solution available on Shopify. Of course, you have to know what you want to put in place.
