This app has allowed me to solve an issue with custom designs for my products. It works well even though you have to adapt to the app as it will not adapt to you. It will take you a bit of trial and error before figuring out how to use it. There are still a few bugs here and there but it looks like they are improving the app constantly. Happy to work with them. I recommend it.

Great response when you ask for help from the support team. Our concern was addressed quickly and issue was resolved.
One of the best and worth using custom apps.

There are some points that Customily can improve in the near future.
1. You can export and import option sets together.
2. When uploading clipart values to the option set, you have to upload each value, not all of them
up for a while.
Having to enter the image option manually can be confusing.
3. In the template when selecting any layer, do not know the position of that layer relative to other layers. (is it in the middle or left or right).
4. App sometimes lags

The app and support are great. Because the app has so many features there is a long learning curve but once you figure it all out there is so much you can do with the app. Customers love seeing what their personalization will look like.

The Customily team has opened up such a large market for my brands and given me a sustainable competitive advantage over my competition. Break into high competition yet high volume niches with personalization! A bit of a learning curve but the Customily team is right there to help.
