Morena and Jose are amazing. The product is robust and feature rich. Once you wrap your head around the features the product is easily navigated. No better product customiser out there.

I would love to give this app a 5 star. It is amazing. However, I taught myself to use it and they have terrible help videos to get you started. It is really geared towards businesses that use print on demand services, however, we decorate all of our items and fulfill them in house. It does work great for us but you will have to figure it all out on your own. Also, I asked customer service to help and they told me completely inaccurate information that I later had to correct on my own to make it work. Just be prepared to spend A LOT of time working on this to make it work correctly. It is far from a plug and play app.

Having said that, thanks for your suggestions, we're already working on new onboarding videos to make things easier for users that don't use print-on-demand services!

No replay of support mail, options getting messy not follow its name. Product cant connect to template

This is a great and very intuitive app once you understand how it works. They have lots of help articles explaining everything you could need, and extremely responsive support when you still can't figure something out. I highly recommend, will be saving us a lot of time.

I like how this app functions; overall, it is well-designed. It might be one of the better apps out there for personalization, however, there are so many bugs with this app, and it constantly goes down, which results in a lot of lag and often causes the personalization options to not even show up on my website. On top of that, I have messaged them about a bug (it adds a huge gap on my slider when a user is flipping between different variants) and after 2 weeks they still haven't resolved the issue. Maybe give them a year or two and they'll actually come up with a polished product, but for now, it's too expensive and not worth it.

Tried to reach out for creating a product for our business as no one in the team knows how to finish the customization, and it is urgent for us, received the answer 10 hours later, and told me they are going to charge extra. Don‘t know if this is normal, yet Sounds not cool.

Hello Kai, Cecilia here. As I mentioned in our conversation, I’m really sorry for your bad experience. I’m confident though that our team did make that product for you and it lives up to your expectations :)
We are happy to still have you as a customer, in spite of this misunderstanding. As we mentioned over email, our service does not include configuring products for our customers (with over 3500 customers, and selling more than 2 million products, that would be impossible!). Still, we are happy to help whenever we can.
Anyway, I believe your products are working just as you want them to, which is what's important! If you need more help you know where to find us.

Found this app poorly executed. The designer is slow and setup of artworks is cumbersome. Do yourself a favour and try Teeinblue instead. Cheaper with more features. EDIT: In reply to the developer. 1 day was all I required to evalutate the apps performance. I also did not appreciate the email I recieved after uninstalling from your team, where it says "I know you currently have another personalizer tool, but" and attempted to point out "that i'm missing out on a more realistic preview". Again, the alternate app mentioned is cheaper and seems to load faster, and is more straightforward in its setup tools. Thanks
