Customily is one of the best apps I have come acros. If not THE best! And as for the support, they are there whenever you need and the level of service is out of this world. Could not be happier, and a shout out to Julieta who helped me with a bunch of things with just a few clicks of some buttons. Magic!

I used this app to create custom puzzle options for our website, Jose was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I like how this app functions; overall, it is well-designed. It might be one of the better apps out there for personalization, however, there are so many bugs with this app, and it constantly goes down, which results in a lot of lag and often causes the personalization options to not even show up on my website. On top of that, I have messaged them about a bug (it adds a huge gap on my slider when a user is flipping between different variants) and after 2 weeks they still haven't resolved the issue. Maybe give them a year or two and they'll actually come up with a polished product, but for now, it's too expensive and not worth it.

I have found Customily personalisation app to be one of the best so far so good. Much easier to use than i thought.
I have tried several apps and admit support is the next biggest thing apart from a well needed clever app to move forward in your project build.
I used their support chat and realised they are in a different time zone to the UK I waited and my patients paid off. Cecilia has offered excellent support who understands the app and with great depth. Cecilia helped several times and was a pleasure, believe me the wait was worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about finding and solving the personalisation struggle for your store. Big Thanks

I got the app and had an issue customizing the product. I reached out to Josema with Customily and his customer service was above and beyond! He walked me through the process and extended my free trial. They have outstanding customer service! It's a little bit of a learning curve, but when you have a problem you can always reach out to them and they will answer your question. Josema has good communication skills and extensive knowledge about the products and services offered by his company. I can't wait to scale my business and write more positive reviews.

The best personalization app I’ve tried (and I tried quite a few!). Fast and reliable. Their support team is great, they answer and solve things almost immediately.
It does have a learning curve, but once you grasp it, it’s quite simple to set products and campaigns. Their quick tutorial videos also help a lot.
