A great customization product, a definite must have for any customization business. It does come with a huge learning curve, but once you must the basics its a breeze threafter. My interaction with Florencia has been amazing whever she assited me technically.

Lovely support, always ready to help!
Obviously, if you want to take designs, product bases etc. to a 'next level' experience, there is a learning curve. But many YouTube videos are available, and also a help-section in the app.
Recently, new 'onboarding-sessions' were added also.
And because the possibilities are so enormous within the app, and sometimes a bit overwhelming, I'm glad the team is there to assist and guide. Overall, very happy!

Exellent custimizer & preview app, with outstanding team support. After initially installing, I reached out to support who sent me a myriad of resources and got me setup for a free onboarding zoom call. During this call, I met with Jhofre for over an hour. During the call he walked me through setup of several products and options and made sure I was setup for success. Most highly recommend!

Jose was incredibly helpful with us while creating our first product. The app is very user friendly from both the customer and business sides. Maybe one of the easiest apps when it comes to a Product Personalizer/Customizer.

It is very confusing to set up and there are a lot of details to understand. I wish there was someone to better guide me in the setting up process. However, they do have fast customers service that has helped fix my issues once I did set up my account.

The app offers many features, which is a strength. However, compared to other apps, it takes much more time due to some repetitive steps. There is also some difficulty in reaching support, and responses to questions take quite a long time. In fact, almost the only person assisting us has been Truong Quynh.
