I have been using this app for approximately four months. It is a very powerful tool, particularly for users who are willing to invest a significant amount of time learning its capabilities. However, the application is not very intuitive. The interface feels clunky and poorly designed, with many tools feeling disconnected from one another. Additionally, the designer experience is especially frustrating. Overall, the app would greatly benefit from a comprehensive overhaul to improve usability, cohesion, and ease of use.

Customily is designed to support very advanced personalization workflows, which can sometimes make the learning curve steeper, especially at the beginning. Terrible experience for 10 months now. The customer care and technical help department send ai emails that are repetitive saying the same thing, "Looks like you haven't responded, we are closing the ticket now." Meanwhile I am flooding their emails demanding help or a full refund as the service was never used and not functional for 11 months. Worse experience of all millions of apps out there on the platforms.$50 x 11 of which they can confirm it is not functional nor has been used? The company's CEO must have been a car salesman through college.
