Terrible experience for 10 months now. The customer care and technical help department send ai emails that are repetitive saying the same thing, "Looks like you haven't responded, we are closing the ticket now." Meanwhile I am flooding their emails demanding help or a full refund as the service was never used and not functional for 11 months. Worse experience of all millions of apps out there on the platforms.$50 x 11 of which they can confirm it is not functional nor has been used? The company's CEO must have been a car salesman through college.

We’ve continued trying to make contact and are still more than willing to assist in getting everything running exactly as you need.

I used a paid Theme (Concept) and the intergation of Customily is automatic and flawless. Also, the Support from Jose is great - you can book 30-45min 1to1 slots to help you out with the setup or any question you may have. I strongly can further recommend!!!
