I couldn’t be happier with both Customily and the outstanding support I received from Josema.

Josema has helped me several times through video calls, taking the time to explain everything step by step and making sure I understood how to set up and get the most out of Customily. His communication is clear, friendly, and professional, and he is incredibly patient.

I've been using Customily for some time now and I'm very happy with it. The tool is really powerful and allows a high level of customization, which works great for my product.

But what stands out the most is the support. The technician assigned to me has been really involved from the start, making sure I understood the tool well so I could use it without problems. They are always there to help when I have questions or something doesn't work as expected.

You can tell the team really cares about their customers. Highly recommended.

I'm not fully up and running with Customily yet, but so far my experience has been excellent. I've had two support sessions, and both were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood how to set things up for my store.

From what I've seen so far, the app appears to be exactly what I need to offer personalized products and streamline the customization process for my customers. The features are impressive, and I'm excited to continue implementing them in my online store.

A big thank you to the support team for making the onboarding process so much easier. Looking forward to getting everything live and seeing the full potential of Customily!
