Great App. It's nice and easy to use and does the product customization job perfectly. Moreover, their customer service is really helpful. Highly recommended.

We just needed a form where customers can add there name to personalise products, this app does exactly this.

We installed the app and had troubles to install it properly. we Use the theme "Icon" and it seems often to be not very easy to install apps following the install instructions, because the code in "Icon" is so different then in the tutorials.

however, Master Raj came and solved the issue very fast by not only installing the app, but also by adjusting it to fit our needs.

so i had difficulty with the app and getting the options i wanted but tech support was able to get me a customized look and do my options better than i even imagined within 10 minutes.

Common theme here ... App install instructions dont work and Raj very helpful. And the price is great !!! Sure, Raj is helpful once you give him admin credentials for your site, and he's dying for a 5 star rating on first contact. Cmon People ... Dont fall for this. Dont give anyone admin creds TO YOUR BUSINESS for anything.

How about they fix the install instructions so things work the first time. ??

I needed help to when the custom product option box was not showing due to a different theme files setup from the theme I'm using and the team sorted out the issue pretty quick and all is good now. Thanks for this
