I was struggling for months with optimizing the images in Meta Commerce Manager for my store, which really messed up the performance of my Facebook and Instagram Catalog Ads and DPA campaigns. Meta kept showing my default 3:2 images, and they just didn’t look right in the square ad formats, no matter which cropping settings i selected in the Meta Commerce Manager.

Using CustomPix fixed this right away. I was able to upload 1:1 versions of my product images just for Meta, without needing to change anything on my storefront. The flexibility is great, I could keep my 3:2 images on the store and still show clean, high-converting ones in the ads.
I used CustomPix to test how different variants of product images performed in ads. Its super helpful for A/B testing.

If you’re running Meta Catalog Ads/DPA, and want more control over images, definitely worth trying this app.
