Helium is a powerful and easy-to-use app. The integration with Shopify Flow is amazing and gives the app a whole new level. Support is helpful and helped me with a tricky flow that I was setting up.

There is no free plan lying and deceit
Hello! We're sorry to hear that you were expecting a free version of the app. The pricing plan you must have seen was for Shopify Partner/Expert shops to use while building stores for merchants.
We understand that is confusing, and truly did not intend any deceit here, and hope that you will try our app again in the future.
Thanks to Nick & the team at Helium! They're excellent with support and this is a fantastic app to help with customer maintenance.
This app is great- it's the only app available that gave us the ability to fully customize our customer accounts and using tagging to integrate with our ESP for specific segments. Their support was incredible and helped us get things done very quickly to our exact specifications. Highly recommend!
Super easy to set up and customize, streamlines info inputs for my different customer groups, and as the owner of a small business offering a range of resin jewelry supplies that are specialized by project idea, this app has been helpful in segmenting my users and get them the inspiration they need to keep coming back.
