Helium Customer Fields

Great, very useful app. It's a no-brainer. I just don't understand how this isn't a feature built into Shopify!

Helium has enabled us to natively integrate our bespoke account registration/checkout experience with Shopify. Given the nature of our business, it's mission critical for a solution like this and, frankly, we weren't able to ID anyone else that provides this solution OOTB (vs. custom dev). Customer Fields has gotten better since Helium directly integrated Metafields into the Shopify admin and we're looking forward to the day when Shopify and Helium are able to partner more closely so that we can search by customer metafields in the Shopify admin (vs. view for individual customers). 5 stars without question.

Customer Fields allows us to capture the customer info we need for our business on account creation. Awesome solution, excellent support, and easy integration in our store.

Easy installation, quick functionality. I wish the code insert page would have recommended a spot to add the code (like a recommendation), but we got it worked out ok. Great tool!

The Customer Reviews App design is simple and easy to use. The luqid installation was done by professionals with Helium. At my request, the installed the app on a test site, while made tweaks to ensure the install was done properly before going live on my site. Their support walked me through that process and helped make little tweaks here and there to ensure proper functionality. They were responsive, easy to work with, and I am happy with how the tool performs and fucntions. Keep it up. Would reccomend to a friend, and would use other Helium apps in the future.

As a 1-time owner of a software company that had customers in 40+ countries, I am one of the toughest reviewers of Shopify apps.

This app is simple, straightforward, and does what it says it will do.

You can't really ask for much more than that so I give it 5 stars.

Simple to use, has all the features I need and great customer service that responds quickly if I need help or have any questions.

The app allows us to gather information that we can't gather easily through the normal Shopify conduit. The support is phenomenal and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have had a question, we get a response back QUICKLY. It's easy to use and has been reliable, with no crashing. Thank you!
