Josiah was extremely helpful in helping me with the code and answering a couple of my questions. This app is easy to use. I love that now my customers can edit their info.

Great app for our wholesale store, with lots of support for custom changes to suit our needs. It also integrates with theme style perfectly. Recommend it.

Love it. Quick and easy to install and setup, and it just does what it's supposed to do. I added the "Edit your account" to the customer account.liquid page, took a look at the link, and it works smoothly. The user gets directed to a page on the website, rather than being directed to a different address.

We're using Helium on our B2B-only website where customers need to tell us about their business and get verified before they can order from us. Happy with it. Both the app (user interface, customization possibilities) and the team (support, frequent app updates) are great!

Out of all the custom form apps, this one fit the bill for my client. During the trial period, I ran into some styling issues and support was easy to contact. They were efficient on solving my issue and very nice! Looking forward to utilizing this add-on to its full potential.

If you don't ask, you wont know what they can do!

Excellent app, with FANTASTIC customer support. They helped me out get a complex project on track. Before this app I was very worried not be able to meet my client's requirements. But Customer Fields is very sweet to use and helps you with things that otherwise would be very complicated. It has a very nice interface, allows you to set up your form as a multi step or single page one, allows you to create rules to hide and set fields. AND, has an API that allows you to set hooks, and other advanced functions. All in all I'm very happy with this app.

Our experience with both Kyle and Katelyn have been consistently extraordinary. They both have shown to take great care and pride in solving anything, from developer to user interface issues. The response is almost immediate and in many cases they will offer temporary solutions before a permanent solution is obtained as well as really thinking through an issue and create a multitude of ways and workarounds to achieve what is needed. I am so glad that these extended fields are NOT part of Shopify as I know that there is no way we would have been able to have some of our issues taken care at the level that they have.
Helium in my opinion in customer service, knowledge, attentiveness and creativity IS the Gold Standard that ALL companies should strive to be. They feel more like really smart caring friends then just a paid service.

"Smart, caring friends" is the best compliment we have ever received as Shopify app developers. "Care" is one of our core values at Helium. That is why work so hard to problem solve particular issues for merchants who use our apps.

PS: To clear up any potential confusion, the extended field functionality, although not native to/supported by Shopify, has been integrated with Shopify's metafields so it is technically "part of Shopify" but we know what you meant. 😄

It's a form builder and customer manager on steroids! We were using Globo forms but now have made the transition to Customer Fields for our new FloorCity.com 2.0 theme.
