Customer support is excellent. Very quick to respond when we needed assistance with setting up the form to our needs. This is the only app that actually groups all of your submissions in one place that way they don't get lost.

We installed the product and used it for a few months. When we had a problem with it we contacted for assistance disabling it, but support responses were very slow. We ended up removing it due to lack of timely assistance.

Tested the app and it works fine. I don't know if it will be easy for other people though since my website isn't running yet. If I don't have any complaints I will rate it 5 stars.

Although some questions or concerns were no brainer, Chelsea has been more than helpful answering the concerns without hesitation. Customer Fields allows our site to be invite/member only and is key to our web operations. The functionality is great. We have had a few issues but Katelyn has been FANTASTIC. We have only great things to say about Customer Fields.

Installed easily, solved my problem instantly!

Great app that is simple to use!

Most importantly and notably all the support staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.

We will definitely be using them on our current store and on new stores in the future!
