What more is there to say? I love this app. Does everything I need and does it perfectly with minimal effort on my part! I believe for the quality and functionality of their apps in general you can't go wrong with at least trying it out for a test run instead of an instant commitment. Not too mention - their customer service is top notch! I love working with Customer Fields - they help make me a better merchant!

We just needed a simple way to add customer account verification to our registration form, and this was it!

We have close to 200k customers imported from our old store, and I was afraid that this would put us into a price tier that was too much for the simple feature we were trying to add, but I spoke with their customer support and they assured me that we could still use the lowest tier since we're not using all of the customer management features that this app offers. The sign up forms will still work and we won't get bumped up to a higher tier automatically.

Customer support is quick and friendly and easily answered all of my questions. We'll definitely keep this in mind if we do end up wanting to get into some of the more advanced features of this app. We appreciate you!

This app has been perfect for our business. It allows us an opportunity to qualify our customers, and gather information that we can't through the normal shopify registration. The team is always very responsive, helped with the initial set up, even set it up at no charge to feel integral in our theme. Great service, great app. I highly recommend.

All of the app's billing is handled by Shopify - so if you uninstall the app from your store the charges for the app will be automatically canceled.

If you'd like us to reach out to Shopify's billing department on your behalf about a potential refund, please let us know!

Update: The merchant's payment was refunded and they remained unresponsive to our support team's messages.

The staff was helpful to try to resolve issues, if not a little slow to respond. Overall for simply the addition s of custom fields, and without social media log in capability I just cant justify an extra $20 a month when I cant see much benefit and am paying for a essentially a month of trying to get it configured right.

Customers should be able to modify their account details at any time. It's a given. The team at Helium are great to work with - fast and responsive.

Every Shopify site needs this app.
