Helium's team is top notch!! We created a Form through them and we were having issues with the email flows that we set up on our own. When I reached out to the support team (specifically Brett), he got all the way into the email template code through Shopify and helped me figure out exactly what the issue was. Customer Fields enables us to quickly show required conditional inputs on forms depending on how our customers were referred. I caused some issues in hiding conditional fields, but the Helium team quickly directed me in the correct direction in under 20 minutes.

The app workflows and variable rules you can create are excellent. It was easy to setup rules for collection tax exempt documents for certain states which is very important for our business.
