very buggy, doesnt work on mobile for us, and we just found this out. probably lost a lot of potential customers because of it.
The app's forms are fully responsive and perform well on all types of mobile devices, so there's likely something else going on with your theme code affecting the app's functionality.
Our support team is able to fix these theme issues 99% of the time, even when the problem isn't caused by Customer Fields (other apps or customizations you've made to the theme code).
Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do since you uninstalled without contacting support. We're here to help (at no cost to you) should you decide to reinstall the app!
Works really well! & most important of all - support is amazing!! They fixed an issue right away for me.
Super robust feature set. Very responsive, helpful and patient customer service! Would definitely recommend if you're building forms/collecting data and want to link to shopify customer accounts.

Outstanding and useful. This app allowed us to collect additional information needed for our classic car automotive mail order business. Without this form, we don't know what kind of vehicles our customers have or other pertinent information like automatic or manual transmission, power or manual steering, power or manual brakes, how they use their vehicle, etc.
There was an issue with the form (at first) because I didn't complete all necessary questions correctly. I contacted customer service and they responded the same day. The issue was totally resolved within 24 hours. They even made the form look more attractive with the CSS formatting. I can't say enough about their customer service and support. PLUS, the app actually works so we can more effectively service our customers with the right products they need for their classic cars. Two thumbs way up!

I have used Customer Fields for two sites thus far and i absolutely love the app. Customer service replies really promptly and can fix the issues very quickly. I recommend!
Great support from their team for a custom install on a theme. The app does exactly what it is described to do.
This app is excellent. I was blown away by the amazing customer service and how good the product is. It is great for building product recommendation quizzes and for simultaneously capturing valuable user info.

I've used this app to add an additional field (wedding date) on my account sign up page and also offer customers the ability to edit their account details (a basic ability Shopify should offer anyway). The only reason why I have given it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the additional fields can't be synced to MailChimp.
Stumbled on this while browsing old reviews. Just wanted to let you know that we now support syncing custom fields to MailChimp, Klaviyo, and many others through our Zapier integration.
