Helium Customer Fields is your one-stop shop to collect and manage customer data. Create unique registration forms for different customer groups, and collect first-party data from customers such as birthday, pet's name, VAT/Tax ID, etc. All customer data is synced with Shopify fields and customer metafields. Personalize forms with rules and variables, or add customer tags automatically based on first-party data. Use our integrations to sync customer data with your business/marketing tools.

Very helpful and kind support team
As a Japanese user, I was a bit worried about the language barrier, but the support team was very patient and kind. They solved a complex database issue for me quickly. It’s a great app with an even better support team. Thank you for your help!

Jakin's support was top notch. I'm in the US and his timing was in line with my working hours so that was super helpful.

He suggested code edits and even performed them for me when I couldn't get the results I needed. Highly suggest this app and Helium support.

App works well for custom registration forms where you need confirmation steps, document uploads, and email confirmations. It also syncs well with Shopify admin for all customer data including tags, tax collection, and more. I have been using this app for years, and never had an issue.
