Helium Customer Fields is your one-stop shop to collect and manage customer information. Create unique registration forms for different customer groups, and collect first-party data from customers such as birthday, pet's name, VAT/Tax ID, etc. All customer data is synced with Shopify fields and/or customer metafields. Personalize forms with rules and variables, or tag customers automatically based on form input. Use our integrations to sync customer data with your business/marketing tools.

Very helpful and kind support team
As a Japanese user, I was a bit worried about the language barrier, but the support team was very patient and kind. They solved a complex database issue for me quickly. It’s a great app with an even better support team. Thank you for your help!

Jakin's support was top notch. I'm in the US and his timing was in line with my working hours so that was super helpful.

He suggested code edits and even performed them for me when I couldn't get the results I needed. Highly suggest this app and Helium support.

Really good customer service, fairly full-featured and pretty easy to use customer form/registration app. There is a decently-documented API for hooking into form events. I would like to be able to add html to form labels, and also have built-in integration with Google Analytics.
