I absolutely cannot believe this app is FREE! There are so many apps that charge much more for the same service, I can't believe I found this one! It does require real-time carrier shipping, but you can get that added for free if you switch to an annual payment plan. ONE OF THE MOST CONFUSING APP we have ever used.. You need a genius to sit with us and explain how to specify rate based on product.. FAQ is terrible and doesn't do much for us...

Really useful and easy to use app. Helped me easily create shipping zones based on location which each needed a different shipping rate. Philip was also extremely helpful whenever I needed anything. Definitely recommend this app.

I am so happy I found this App. I have some specific shipping rules based on certain products and shipping destinations and this App does the job. And it's FREE! Not only that, their customer support is first class. Philip went above and beyond providing me with much needed assistance with the set-up.
