Daasity Reporting & Analytics

Absolutely love Daasity! We're using it to pilot the growth of our company, provide us super accurate status of our CAC and retention metrics. Wes, on the success team has been extremely helpful in setting a few custom dashboards that were not already built in their out of the box. That being said their out of the box dashboards are amazing, plenty to look at including for our top apps like Gorgias and Recharge. Highly recommend!

Daasity has been a fantastic solution for us that has allowed us to connect multiple data sources (Shopify (including ReCharge), GA, Klayvio, ZenDesk and more) into a single data warehouse. The Daasity team have been fantastic partners. They allowed us to scale up fast, and they have deep eCommerce expertise to create customization that has proven to be transformative for our business.

We turned on Daasity after trying out several platforms and still spending hours weekly for basic reporting across teams. It's been a huge time saver and onboarding was a breeze despite our complex stack/headless set-up. You can quickly generate robust dashboards and visualize data across sources (marketing, site, subscription, and fulfillment) all in one place. A lot of platforms make that claim, but few actually deliver. Very impressed. They also have a very quick account team who will help you with anything from data cleanup to help generating new charts. Once we integrated, it was useful within about 1 day.

Great tool that makes creating dashboards through looker and tracking a variety of data all in one place. It makes it effortless to get the big picture and dive deeper into our site's performance.

Daasity came highly recommended by our front-end reporting solution and partner, LOOKER. Originally, I planned for months of ETL mapping and testing of our Shopify data but Daasity had us running and able to analyze data in weeks. They truly simplified the effort and navigation necessary for implementing a Business Intelligence tool. In addition, Our Daasity implementation team immediately helped guide the process and drive our goals. They have been very responsive and committed to our success in using their tool. A true partner. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to partner with Daasity, and the new views of our data that will help us better manage our business.

We onboarded with Daasity over 6 months ago now, and it has been such a huge unlock for our analytics program. Having all our disparate data sets in one place (SMS, Email, Shopify, Loop, Facebook, Google, forecasts) has been a game changer. Not only has our reporting function become more streamlined, but we are able to easily see data that would have taken hours if not days to uncover previously. The out of the box dashboards also allowed us to see the benefit of the tool from day one, and served as an amazing guide as we built our own.

We are early in the stages of using the "audiences" tool within the platform, but believe that will be a big unlock for us in 2023 - to sync customer segment lists with our marketing tools.

Lastly, the team at Daasity has been great - very responsive, and always willing to get in the weeds with us to make sure that the tool is meeting our needs.

Data validation did take longer than we anticipated within dashboards, as Daasity has applied their own business logic to some metrics (i.e. what is a valid order). This meant that it took longer than expected to have a 1:1 data match between Looker, the visualization tool we selected, and the connected platforms. That would really be my only less than positive feedback.

Love Daasity! The out of the box dashboards are great and Looker makes creating new ones easy. Perfect for any brand small or large (scales better than any other solution we've seen).

An amazingly powerful tool for eCommerce merchants looking to empower their teams with data - no SQL skills necessary. Honestly, Daasity accomplished for us in a matter of weeks what usually takes months and tens of thousands of dollars to build. Its an off the shelf data model that is more sophisticated and powerful than anything we would have built on our own at this point. It provides an amazing opportunity for young businesses to have a best-in-class data model usually reserved for much larger companies. Love the product and the support team is fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

This is more than an app, its a whole data structure and analytics infrastructure for your business. Allows us to have robust data analytics without having to employ data analysts and engineers to build out our data platforms. Support team is also highly responsive to our needs.

We have been using the Daasity platform since Oct '22. The Premium Support team was very responsive in helping us create the custom reports we needed that not only streamlined our reporting workflow but helps provide easy to digest reviews of our KPI's to make actionable decisions more quickly.
