We have initially signed with Daasity in February of this year after a robust sales process that promised us a solution that fit our business. We were also charged an onboarding/setup fee. As we reached November, our installation was simply not working with the features we spec'ed out from the get-go, and we received a constant stream of excuses and delays, while being charged for the service.
