Daasity has been a fantastic solution for us that has allowed us to connect multiple data sources (Shopify (including ReCharge), GA, Klayvio, ZenDesk and more) into a single data warehouse. The Daasity team have been fantastic partners. They allowed us to scale up fast, and they have deep eCommerce expertise to create customization that has proven to be transformative for our business.
We've been using Daasity for more than 2 years at Kopari, Original Grain, and Liveli. Consolidating and normalizing all store- (Amazon, Shopify) and channel-specific (Facebook, Google, Klaviyo, etc.) data allows us to manage the brands and product portfolios holistically, without siloed channel data.
The platform is the foundation of our channel mapping and attribution logic. Integrating attributes such as traffic sources, coupon codes, IP addresses, and post-purchase survey responses has enabled us to better attribute and scale offline marketing channels such as TV and podcasts that are notoriously difficult to measure with traditional tools. Insights from the Daasity platform have also highlighted key levers and programs in our business (e.g. unit economics of subscribers, key acquisition SKUs) that drive the most profitable growth.
Daasity has been the most helpful app we implemented.
They connected all our shopify stores, GA, Mailchimp then Klavyo.
They are real experts and respond super fast to any requests.
I don't understand how we were operating before implementing their app.
Basically a no brainer.
Daasity has changed the way that we do business. Being able to tie our data sources together has allowed us to focus on the marketing channels / products that are driving higher value customers to the business. And we were able to do this (+ solve a lot of internal debates) without an internal analytics resource / team.
Daasity came highly recommended by our front-end reporting solution and partner, LOOKER. Originally, I planned for months of ETL mapping and testing of our Shopify data but Daasity had us running and able to analyze data in weeks. They truly simplified the effort and navigation necessary for implementing a Business Intelligence tool. As analytic based marketers, we were looking for a tool that allowed us to have robust analytics capabilities within our startup environment. It's simply the most cost effective way to build a comprehensive set of tools that allow for insightful, data driven action. We leverage the data from Daasity for internal decisions, board discussions, and investor presentations, without incurring the costs of Analytics headcount.
Daasity has been immensely helpful in providing a holistic view on our data. We were unable to see all tactics; marketing, net and gross revenue, returns and warehouse inventory all together -- Daasity was able to provide that along with wonderful customer support in creating dashboards to parse through the data. It's really helped revolutionize our business -- making us smarter and more efficient!
We've used Daasity for over 6 months now and it has greatly improved the way in which our business is managed so that we can make faster and better decisions. An amazingly powerful tool for eCommerce merchants looking to empower their teams with data - no SQL skills necessary. Honestly, Daasity accomplished for us in a matter of weeks what usually takes months and tens of thousands of dollars to build. Its an off the shelf data model that is more sophisticated and powerful than anything we would have built on our own at this point. It provides an amazing opportunity for young businesses to have a best-in-class data model usually reserved for much larger companies. Love the product and the support team is fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.
