Very poor service from the support team. The deals app does not work. I have been having numerous problems with this app over the past few months. Instead of a 12% discount, my store is discounted 36% and i cannot fix it until the support team looks at it. I dont recommend this app to anyone - its bad for business and reputation. 1 star is too good, they should have 0 stars.

We've been using the app for a month and were really happy with it. It's great for setting up and running sales, either hands on or auto pilot. A few glitches during set up with the view on my store page but it got sorted out.

Meet exactly what I need! Easy to use. Thank you very much. The only one issue I have that I don't know how to embed to front page. I customize theme to add this collection to front page, but it will lose the display setting of the app.

Off to a great start. This app installs easily and appears to install fully without any coding. The deals page looks good but could use some additional optional layouts. Now it is time to put the app to the test and see if it pays for its self. https://www.kinkytoy.store/

The app is easy to install and configure (the video helps a lot to understand how the app works). The support is almost live, they are also experts in fixing other issues we have in our online store.

I am reluctantly using this because I haven't taken the time to try other apps. However, any app that does not answer support emails (especially after several attempts) will not get my business very long. Room for improvement in the app and things that could probably be fixed with a simple support response. Probably will never know...

I have been using the app for about 6 months and it worked perfectly! But since the last update of the app my daily business doesn't work anymore. I have contacted the developers three times. The first reaction was quite fast, but it didn't fix the problem. Today I am sad that I had to uninstall the app because it doesn't work for me anymore.

I have been using this app since almost day one. I check it everyday and it works flawlessly. Have done manual deals without issue, then I switched to the automatic deals options which works flawlessly, I check my site daily.
Changed stars after speaking with developers. Issues seemed to be resolved will consider using again

The reason you are not able to delete a deal is because we use the deals to show you reporting on how it went after your deal has ran. However, since it is a problem, we will add the ability to remove deals in our next update.
