Looks like it might be e awesome but is asking for too much info up front to even start using it.
There is no reason to have the business address etc, just to use a marketing tool. Uninstalled.
Unfortunately for sending email or SMS we do require a business SMS. This is to help protect all our customer's sending reputations and prevent fraud.
