They're so quick and helpful, I love that you get connected to a real person who knows what they're doing. I had to create some tricky reports and they did so easily and quickly for me.

This app can create reports for the enterprise level. I have no doubt that this is one of the top three apps for our daily operation. I created reports with daily, weekly schedule features. For example, "Low inventory Warning" is daily, "Promotion Order Status" is daily, "Weekly Member Status" and more. Also, the tech support team is very proactive and knows what they are doing. BTW, this app can support 2 byte languages.

Honestly, if you really take your store seriously and care about your numbers, you NEED a proper reporting system. Shopify Basic doesn't really provide much. You will find everything you need here. Don't expect much from the 5$ tho. It might feel a bit limited. If you're at the point of need proper reporting, 10$ or even 20$ isn't really going to bankrupt you. And they have great support. Absolutely worth it.

Great app with fast support. It can report on almost anything sales/order related. Just ask for help and Sam or John will set you up super quick. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing custom reports.

I messaged their support later on in the evening and got a super quick response and a new data column with a specific formula added to one of my reports right away. Also for a rather odd error that was showing up, their support transferred me over to another agent who fixed the issue. I really appreciate the speed at which their support works.
