Data Export IO: Report

These are the most responsive humans ever. The various ways of sorting data are great, they extended our trial since we were tied up and couldn't look at all the functions timely, they are just amazing. Shopify provides a number of reports that, while sounding fancy, just aren't really very helpful to us. We need some more straightforward things and Data Export provides them, fast and clearly. Thank you so much DE!

I'm quite old and I worked with tech support for so many things in so many places. From Tier1, very very expensive support, to the cheap one, provided usually in India over the phone, in unintelligible English.

The one offered by probably the coder of this app is one of the best I ever received and for sure the best ever for such money.
I will keep paying for the app even if I'll stop having use for it.

Cannot stress enough how great this app is. I'd been using other data export apps but they didn't allow email scheduling. That's a game changer when many actors are involved and don't want to log into apps / shopify but still have data. The service is easy to use, scheduling efficient and intuitive, and customer service has been amazing. We've had to tweak different reports to fit our bureaucratic needs and it's worked wonders!

Fantastic app and brilliant customer service too. Jackson and the team went above and beyond to help us with our custom report. We are a cake shop and wanted a weekly report which could tell us what products we have being collected from our physical premises. We now have this report and it's going to be very helpful for us and help us plan our week better. I would recommend this app to everyone as the standard Shopify exports are quite limited.

I've only been using this for a few weeks, but so far the experience has been great with the $20 version. While the custom reports are a bit difficult to figure out yourself, the support is top-notch, and you can simply tell them what you want in your report, and 24 hours later, a report with those exact specs are in your inbox. All the data I was worried that I wouldn't be able to extract from Shopify, Data Export has been able to obtain without a problem. Great job guys!

We were stuck trying to extract some line item data for a large product order we had. We were on a tight deadline and didn't know how we were going to extract the info needed. Shopify suggested the app Data Export when Shopify's standard spreadsheet exports fell short. We were confused a bit at first how to use Data Export, but then getting on chat support with Vincent from Data Export was awesome! Vincent helped us create the exact report needed and made several revisions to get it just right. Great app and great support. Thank you!

I've been using Data Export for a few months now (in a few stores) and the product itself is incredible, but what I'm more impressed with has been their customer support.

Data Export can basically pull anything from Shopify such as custom fields, metafields, line item details, create logic to alter data and customize the output, but the support team is the one always coming to bail me out from some complex calculated fields.

I have always used Data Export IO and loved it, but after experiencing serious complications and confusion with thousands of orders I have been using the support team for help. There was information I had no idea how to find, and they have not only been super prompt and incredibly friendly, but have always helped me find the solutions I needed.
