Data Export IO: Reports

I've always had an amazing experience with this app! Anytime I want a review, I just put ask for it in the chat box and I get a response within a couple of minutes with agents who are very patient and redo my requests until I have a report that meets my needs. We implemented Data Export as an addendum to Shopify's OOTB analytics capabilities in our reporting suite. Data Export staff, specifically Malik, spent weeks helping us stand up our canned reports. Huge help. Beyond the onboarding, Data Export enables us to access customer and product metafields and additional order line item information that we'd otherwise not have easy visibility into. Would recommend.

brilliant app, I use it to generate monthly gross profit reports. I struggled to workout how to get the GP to calculate, the guys on the chat box sorted it all out for me. Fantastic support! thank you.

Our accounting department finds this app extremely helpful. Makes it easier for them to track gift card payments/usage and various transactions. Saves them a lot of time when needing to locate the correct invoice numbers and cross reference.

We used this to help us with inventory report to review sales trends and forecast for the future. The live chat feature was such a huge help and Dominic was fantastic answering questions to get the report we needed built. We are very happy to have this option to get data from Shopify that isn't part of the Shopify reporting!!
