Great app for reporting. Lots of customizing options. Support is excellent and very responsive. Worth the money

There are a lot of pre-built reports that you can use straight away. If you do want changes, you can contact the customer service chat. Sometimes you are a bit lost in translation but in the end you will always get the report that you want. If you ask them how they do it they will kindly explain.

This app is great and has so many options for creating great reports. And best of all, their customer service is awesome. I couldn't find a report I was looking for and they quickly made one for me from scratch. I highly recommend this app!
My shop has been in business since 1968 without a POS system. I took over in 2021, and after launching with Shopify this week, we still had not solved the problem of how to change our restocking process from analog to digital. We are unique in that we restock the sales floor every hour, because if we didn't the shelves would be empty due to how busy we are, especially in the 4th quarter. I was FULL of anxiety about how we would find a way to modernize without making the staff feel overwhelmed with all the change. I finally did some research into reporting for a VERY specific set of info; I didn't need financial reports or all the hundreds of reports you can find in a variety of apps, but something that I could compkletely customize. The reviews were good and it was compatible with Shopify so I started a chat with customer service. Within 15 minutes I had the customized report being generated and integrated with google sheets. Staff can now access or print the restock report and do what they need to do just like before. It is a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. I can't say it enough how relieved I am.
Perfect when it comes to generating reports that are outside the scope of what shopify offers. Highly recommend and if you face any challenges the customer service is responsive and will go in and create exactly what you need!
