Customer Service is unbelievable. They'll do anything you want, even build whole custom reports.

And every metric is available here, even custom stuff they'll code for you, for free. Why doesn't Shopify have this natively...?!

Best app experience in a while.

We need to import Shopify's data into another program, and this application has the most complete function. It has various types of report formats and can be created by customizing reports as needed. If necessary, experts will directly create or modify the required data fields.

Fantastic customer service, was hoping to find a free app but now I have no problem paying the monthly fee they ask for if it means I'm treated with the attention that I received today.
The app itself isn't the most advanced and modular that I've come across but it's more than worth the money. and they will help you personalise any report you need with good knowledge. Extremely happy.

Absolutely love this app. We have a brand called Wear London with two stores and an online business. The app offers so much helpful info and you can tailor the info to your needs (ie - generate your own chart). If you are struggling, just message the live help desk and they will do it for you without any problem. Really happy with this app and I'd be lost without it! Alex

This is a highly useful reporting app. I particularly appreciate the "Product Tag" filtering feature, which is not available in the default Shopify reporting modules. It's also incredibly easy to customize reports by adding or removing filters and columns. The scheduler function is exceptionally helpful for alerting the team about sales status by email. The best part is that it allows you to display the grand total and place it at the top row, which is fantastic. Moreover, the support team is responsive and willing to assist with report customization if needed.

Sree from Data Export was very helpful when creating bespoke reports for our customers. Our customer had specific requirements with what they wanted to be shown within their reporting and Sree was able to run a specific report for us which mirrored this.

This is is EXACTLY what every store needs! It provides so much data and we are able to modify the automated reports (via email or FTP) and have them scheduled to send whenever we want. I dont think I will use any other reporting app out there!
