The app is perfect and support is splendid! Been using them for over 2 years now, never had any issues and the guys have always come to the rescue whenever we needed any help. Highly recommended.

The app was good for reporting. The customer service representative I've talked to helped me with the custom reports needed. Very well organized, too, and easy to use.

Very helpful, highly recommended. We pay for the Basic Shopify plan, but thanks to Data Export we have access to the same reports than are available to users of the Advanced plan. This saves our business a great deal of money each month. Support is available via live chat and has always been exactly what I needed.

One of the best Apps here. Easy to work with and includes all possible functions you might need. But the best part is their excellent support. It's quick, professional and they will do for you way more than what you pay for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Update: Still using this App, still the best support I ever experienced. Big thumbs up!

The support is excellent. We have multiple technical software challenges and with the pandemic most companies now only support chat or email support with pretty long time to get a resolution. Yesterday I had a question for Data Export and they were able to resolve my issue in about 5 minutes! Awesome.
