Data Export IO: Reports

Shoutout to Guru on the support team! I was trying to pull a complex Shopify order metafield into a custom report and kept running into deep database syntax errors. Guru stepped in and provided the exactly what I needed to map the data correctly. Phenomenal, highly technical support that saved me hours of frustration.

I have always used Data Export IO and loved it, but after experiencing serious complications and confusion with thousands of orders I have been using the support team for help. This app is absolutely perfect. Our shopify shop exists now for about 2 years. In the beginning we were handling a lot of stuff manually.
Also checking reports etc. which was very time consuming.
With data export I´ve set up a system getting weekly customized reports for my specific needs.
It also helped me tremendous by fully automatizing our product export to a marketplace before. This was the reason I spotted this app and I got a perfect fully automatized solution. Thanks the support which is perfect, no waiting and allways 100% helping even by creating reports.

so far this tool has been very helpful. What is the big differentiator is that their customer service is excellent. any questions , any issues they are there to help. We've just started using it, but I have a feeling it's going to be very useful.
