Really great support! They were able to set up custom reports across all of our Shopify stores right away and explained very clearly how to use the application. Highly recommend this application!
The reporting is slow and unreliable. If you schedule for 12, it might arrive at any time between 12 and 1 am or even later so not suitable for time-sensitive reports. Customer support is not in real time, they just have a standard message saying they'll work on it and then disappear for days - really frustrating if your business relies on reporting.
UPDATE: They migrated us to their new platform which is a little better, the delay is now not more than 30 mins.
Great app and Sam is very helpful in getting things set up properly. This is going to save me a lot of time!

Excellent support! We have several reports that use custom fields. I contacted the Data Export support who responded very quickly. Their staff is always very courteous and helpful.
