Data Export IO: Reports

Excellent app for extracting data from Shopify beyond what you can normally get. Superb support by email and chat (thanks to Daniel) in working out how to understand the data plus support in building the reports I needed (orders, refunds and VAT)

Outstanding customer service. They answered me in five minutes and respect all my requests. The application is really great as it allows to generate detailed exports of your shop. Personally I wanted to use it to export my orders with my suppliers, with a specific layout and the application allowed me to do it. The format of the fields is respected and in case of problem, you just have to ask and the technical team does it for you. Vincen, Dominic, thank you very much for your response. Great app to create and automate reports!
Pre-loaded reports might cover all your needs, but if you have a specific request don't hesitate to contact their customer support team! they are rockstars, answered in less than 5 min and created the report we needed!

Apps works very smoothly. I found all the settings a bit overwhelming but support is terrific and has even done the base configuring for me and quickly responds when i have questions.

This app does exactly what I need, its reliable, we use it 365 days a year - and the support staff are amazing - they will do anything they can to help you - even setup and customize your reports to your own spec. So useful!

Excellent customer service. I had some issues filtering out items and some of the fields had different names, but both times the customer service was very quick to resolve my issues.
