Nirmala has been incredibly helpful in addressing the issues that I've encountered. She possesses a keen understanding of the situations I face and effectively resolves them in a timely manner. She displays swift responsiveness to my requests and has gone out of her way to assist me in generating sample reports for my review.

We have been using this app for several months now and have found it very easy to use. Setting up custom reports is not difficult and when we need help the support team responds quickly and helps with a solution. We are very pleased with this app.

I finally found an app that can create an inventory report that meets my needs. The interface is simple and easy to use. Amazingly, whenever I wanted to customize the report or had questions, their customer service responded immediately and even made the custom adjustments right away. Their speed is incredible. I highly, highly recommend it.

We have only been using this app for a few weeks but already I am blown away by the level of customer service provided. It's so nice to be able to talk to real people and not be met with bot responses scraped by ChatGPT. Our orders come with a lot of additional order details collected by third-party apps and the team at Data Export IO have been amazing in finding the correct data fields and making up custom columns to export the data, so we can easily manage our order fulfillment each day. We needed an easy way to send data from our Shopify stores to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We have used Data Export for this for a few years now. It provides standard reports that we can customize to ensure we are sending all of the data in the frequency that we need. On occasion there is a data point that we cannot identify in the Data Export interface, but support has been excellent in helping us set up the field to pull into our reports. We've been very happy with Data Export's product and support.
