Most reasonable cost app on the marketplace, very flexible reporting software. Great functionality. Easy to sync with Google sheets, our companies most preferred export because of the easy sharing to the public or internal use.
Excellent flexibility of reports you can run.
Great support as well!!! I'd recommend for anyone that wants to really get into the data.
I had some issues getting up and running but customer service has been great with helping get everything going, very responsive and available. The reports are everything I needed.
This app did everything we need, but what was even better was the support they provide. Any time we had questions or needed assistance they were available and quickly able to answer our questions and help set up the reports we need. Live chat feature they provide is great. We have many reports scheduled to email and upload to FTP, in all different formats.

We purchased Data Export to help us with extracting data from customized fields we have in Shopify. We had some complicated needs and every time we needed help or an adjustment Data Export was extremely responsive and always made the adjustments we needed within 24 hours. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend their product for any of your advanced reporting needs within Shopify.

Really great support! They were able to set up custom reports across all of our Shopify stores right away and explained very clearly how to use the application. Highly recommend this application!
The reporting is slow and unreliable. If you schedule for 12, it might arrive at any time between 12 and 1 am or even later so not suitable for time-sensitive reports. Customer support is not in real time, they just have a standard message saying they'll work on it and then disappear for days - really frustrating if your business relies on reporting.
UPDATE: They migrated us to their new platform which is a little better, the delay is now not more than 30 mins.
