Data Export IO: Reports

I use this app to export all sorts of data for multiple shopify stores and it is really handy and easy to use. The customer service provided via online chat is excellent and super helpful when I have questions or need additional fields.

Great customer service. Easy to set up and use. Questions are answered immediately in real time. I love that I can customize the report myself. Would like to be able to merge two stores together in one report but that is a limitation set by Shopify.

Very good support team helping to solve my problems

Thank you so much to Mallik for working with me to create an automated daily payment summary report. It will be so helpful to our business to capture this data without having to click through multiple filters. Communication was a little slow- though I do think that is because we may be in different countries, and I am sure they are helping lots of people at the same time.

I absolutely love this app. The ease of use and flexibility are great, but what was greater was the customer support they gave when I needed help figuring out a custom report - the support was quick and exactly what I needed.

This app is the answer to Shopify's shortcomings in reports. Virtually every piece of data is accessible throught this app. Anyone with basic understanding of Excel will be successful with this app, but if you need help, the customer service chat is top notch. Kudos.

Have been looking for an app like this going on about 4 years now, and am thrilled to have found it. Shopify can't seem to provide basic data for accounting purposes, but Data Export gives me an easy to read report that provides the data I want for accounting: Product charges, Taxes, Shipping, Fees, and Final Payout.

It saves me tons of time and the customer service is phenomenal.

I highly recommend this app and can't say enough good things about it.
