Data Export IO: Reports

Brilliant CS when I needed some support on finding and filtering certain data. Been with these guys a while now and have always helped where they can very quickly.

The app works really well, loads as quick as you would expect when it's searching for a large amount of data.

This is a very flexible app that allows you to easily export customized reports and data export files in a time-saving fashion. Grappling with data extracted from Shopify and generating reports can take a huge amount of time if you don't have this app. With this app and a few clicks of your mouse spent choosing the options you are after, you can get exactly the report you need versus spending time trying to sift-through, reformat and transform data you extract directly from Shopify. For us, we have a need for reports that are human readable and we also extract data from Shopify that we import into our own software outside of Shopify. This app is very useful for both purposes. The support is fantastic. We had a need to export data that currently wasn't supported. We used the message function in the app to let the developer know and in less than 24 hours, they implemented that feature for us.

We use Data Export to generate reports that we then import into our CRM system. We appreciate the custom reports and their customer service chat is excellent when we need help!

Its a very useful apps that basically allows you to make any kind of report. We use it for inventory and tax rates reports which saves us a lot of time every month. The support is very responsive and is willing to take time to help you so thats very good. I recommend this app

We implemented Data Export as an addendum to Shopify's OOTB analytics capabilities in our reporting suite. Data Export staff, specifically Malik, spent weeks helping us stand up our canned reports. Huge help. Beyond the onboarding, Data Export enables us to access customer and product metafields and additional order line item information that we'd otherwise not have easy visibility into. Would recommend.
