The app has endless possibilities when aligned with the fantastic support team. There is nothing these guys can't do as far as bespoke reports go. We had a bit of an unorthodox request with our reporting but Heaven (Our support guru) was so helpful & really made this app worth its weight in gold!

The support is super fast and responsive. Any reports that I cannot create, the support is already quick to respond and generate the report I needed. The most recent support request, Dominic was very quick to generate the report I desired after asking a few questions. I would definitely recommend this app to all Shopify users.

Shopify reporting is ok but this app takes it to the next level. Even better than the app is the support which is 24x7! They go out of their way to help or tweak a report to meet your needs. Could not survive without it. It is well worth the money..

My experience was absolutely amazing with this app and this company. As others have mentioned data can be pulled on items that Shopify doesn't provide in native reporting and it can be formatted in the manner that you desire. I am always hesitant to add apps to our platform because of the possibility of slowing down our site speed. However, this one is definitely worth that risk if it takes place. In an era of apps that have zero customer service and reliability, this one stands out from the crowd. I have truly appreciated our experience.

I used to go crazy having to download the entire Shopify database every time I needed to get a report out of inventory. Data Export is easy, fast and has excellent customer support. The first time I asked for help the rep actually created the report for me within a minute. I'm still in the trial period, but this looks like a good investment.

Brilliant app which we'd highly recommend if you want flexibilty and to drill deeper into your data. Not only does it give you access to every possible piece of information tracked on your store but you can manipulate the data and schedule your reports really easily. We found our way around the interface really easily but one of our reports was quite complex. We got in touch with Freddy and he did a stellar job and set it all up for us. When we realised we needed a few tweaks he sorted it out for us super quickly. Great tool and great support!

We are a 3PL and we needed to ftp some files on a weekly basis to a third-party vendor for 4 of our Shopify clients. We were unsure how to do this and opened a request with DataExport to help us out. They gladly set this up for us and are always offering to help us with any reports we need assistance with.
