I just started using the app, we had a custom need, the customer service helped us set up custom reports in real-time. This app is great, but their customer service even better. Well deserved 5*.

We use this app to create more advanced reports than Shopify offers. They have amazing support and reports.

I've tried other report apps on Shopify (ones that cost way more). Data Export is by far the best. Their support is amazing and the data is exactly what we need, the way we need it. Scheduling the reports is super slick and easy as well. If you do a lot of business on your Shopify store, you'll eventually need better reporting than the stock Shopify reports. Come straight to this app when you do. You will not be disappointed!

This app allowed me to create customised csv reports from very specific data. The support team created a very custom report for us very quickly. We are very very happy with the service and app & recommend it if you need customised excel/csv reports

I needed to alter a precreated report so that it gave me the Net Taxable Sales and Net Total Sales to report for sales tax purposes. Dominic helped me update the report and change the headings so now I only have to run the report each month and the values are calculated for me automatically. So grateful! Loved the fast response too.
