Daniel, Eby and team are awesome, responsive and great to work with for custom report requests. We are working with them to get item costs added to a product detail report for (eventual) upload into Quickbooks Pro desktop. Well worth the money. They are definitely part of our team!
I definately recommend this app. It is very user friendly and has endless possibilities. The support is super and very quick. They set up your reports for free.
Update - app changes are great.
App not user friendly for more complex reports, but chatbox help is quick and good.
We have been trialling quite a few export apps but this is seriously the absolute cream of the crop. Faster, easier, more options and support that I simply can't believe. If you need to export data, these guys are the best.
Cannot stress enough how great this app is. I'd been using other data export apps but they didn't allow email scheduling. That's a game changer when many actors are involved and don't want to log into apps / shopify but still have data. The service is easy to use, scheduling efficient and intuitive, and customer service has been amazing. We've had to tweak different reports to fit our bureaucratic needs and it's worked wonders!

Very helpful Downloaded and was connect to a live human on chat asking what they could export for me. I had a strange request needing tracking numbers from past orders ( and I hadn't been able to do this via Shopify or other apps) Anyway, in 5 min a report was made. Very helpful and I will use again
James in customer service was able to easily get the reports that I needed quickly. I highly recommend.
