Data Export IO: Reports

I have used many reporting apps over the years, but I've never experienced the level of service that the team at DataExport.IO offer.

We have ALOT of custom requirements for our business, and so far they've been able to provide every report we've needed - and usually within a few minutes.

Yes, there are other good reporting apps. They all more or less pull the same info - whatever Shopify makes available through the API. But what really makes this team special is that where the API is unable to directly provide certain data we need, this team has made the effort to think creatively and provide us the numbers that are critical to our daily business where 'out of the box' those numbers couldn't be pulled.

Great UI and their team is always quick to respond and take action to all my inquiries and feedback.

I sent them a msg but was unable to finish so I just said I'd return to provide more info but regardless of that, they followed and still did their best to try and figure out what I needed.

I am very happy and satisfied with the level of service from customer support and love the ease of navigating the website. Asha was extremely patient with me and took the time, even into the wee hours of the morning, to make the necessary corrections and updates to my customized report. She showed her excellent knowledge and expertise on all subjects that I had questions on. She and the other reps that I have come in contact with have shown excellent customer service. Quick & easy with a plethora of reports & fantiastic immediate support.

Great customer support and very useful when you have the basic shopify plan. Especially for creating inventory reports. Shopify reports are too limited there.

Unfortunately the inventory does not sync with Shopify. You get outdated stock information in your reports.

I hope they are able to fix that problem.

Data Export is exactly what we were looking for. Love that we can customize the report ourselves and make easy changes if we need to. There is always someone available in the chat for questions and resolutions in real time. We are on the basic plan because we only need one report. We don't have to pay extra for what we don't need. Highly recommended!
It's now 2024 and we still love Data Export! They just edited our original report to add the functionality we need without trying to sell us a bigger plan. Thank you, Data Export!

Great support on hand to create the reports we need. Has become a key app within our stack.

Chan was great and guided me with patience. The app has great reports. I am using it every day now.

This app is helpful in transferring our inventory data between shopify and our main inventory system. Support help was available in the form of a chat immediately when we needed assistance.
