**UPDATE** this WAS a great app with amazing support, but like all good apps -- with time they seem to have dropped the amazing support piece. I needed a report fixed during the most critical time for an online store (early december) and they ignored all messages for TWO WEEKS (and told me it was their Thanksgiving break). I finally got a hold of them and they said they would update it by the following day -- but they didn't update it, and then they had an auto response that they were gone for the weekend. This experience has been so stressful and I'll be looking to replace this app. Thought I should leave my update here so others don't fall into the trap of all the good reviews from earlier times (I was one of them!)
This app does exactly what it says it will, and the customer service is second to none. You can live chat to have a report adjusted or created in real time, so far they've always been available. I HATE when apps have live chat support but are never actually there to support -- its made a huge difference for us and I really encourage the use of this app.
using the app is not so friendly and always need tech support but I have to say tech support is great
setup and testing was nice, support is great they even hook you up with custom reports so you don't end up pulling your hair out trying to figure things out.
there are 3 pricing tiers: $20, $10, and $5 which comes with their equivalent custom templates of 20, 10 and 1. yep, that last tier gets you 1 measly template and is the poorest value of the tiers at $5/template vs $1/template.
so is the app worth $10? yes it is. they are still the best value for sub-$10 reporting app.
