Data Export IO: Reports

This is a great app, works as advertised. It is a BIG plus to have a human contact on the chat line. I use it every month.

Support are always on the ball. We need a few custom fields for very specific data and the team get it done each and every time. The app and the support are second to none. Highly recommended if you need professional granular reporting from Shopify.

Data Export is a great addition to your App library for your Shopify store. It's full-featured and has the ability to create a variety of reports customized for your specific needs. But what makes Data Export stand head and shoulders above other apps is the customer service. First, they are AVAILABLE -- the chat support is great and the response of the customer support team is PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE. They are always willing to provide the answer, walk you through the solution and have even just implemented the solution for me when the solution is beyond my skillset. One of the best things I've also discovered is the library of very helpful tutorial videos that they have created to help their customers learn how to better use Data Export, too. I can highly recommend this app and the support team.

The app works awesome!
I had problems with creating a custom report yesterday and the support helped me out with this perfectly! The support is live support, so it was really fast available.
The support created my report and also shared it to my other store accounts!
I have not experienced such a great help in the last years from a support service!
