The customer service is amazing and the reports are exactly what I need to prepare my payroll and for tax purposes. If what you need isn't readily available, they will quickly create it for you! They have saved me hours of work! LOVE this app!!

I needed an automatic extraction for our fulfilment provider. It does the job well. Support very helpful and responsive.
I am not giving 5 stars as I needed to interact with support to get it right (due probably more to the structure of Shopify than the app itself) and as the interface is not totally user-friendly. In a nutshell, perfect if you need a regular extract whose format won't change.
If you need multiple extractions that need adapting all the time, this might not be for you.

I use this app to report monthly sales to my clients to pay out a commission.

The customer service is unbeatable and the product is outstanding for my needs.

This app is amazing, all your reporting needs to extract all the hidden data stored in Shopify with automated templates and customer service that will help you build the most complicated of reports within a day. The best app I have installed in my Shopify store.

This app is fantastic for any type of data export. With the help of their customer service team (Shawn), we were able to create a custom inventory report with very specific fields that gets automatically emailed to us daily. This has saved us heaps of time creating this report manually. Worth every dollar.
