I had a great experience troubleshooting my report issues with Data export (Vinith). I wasn't seeing the data that I was needing, and Vinith was really helpful in resolving the issue. It is a great product that I can use to automate my reports. I am very happy with it.

I downloaded the app today and it's already saved me hours and hours of time. I hadn't even watched the how-to videos yet and Dominic offered to help me via the support chat window. In about 5 minutes, Dominic helped me create the report I needed and uploaded it into my account. The app itself is super user-friendly.

They are a great team, the customer service is excellent and they are always responsive. In addition, its application is the most complete to export and sort order data! I loved!
