i used this app to run royalty reports and it saved me a tremendous amount of time. i love how the tech support is on standby ready to answer all my questions on the spot.

I needed to run a report to show me how many individual products were ordered within each order that has ever come through my shop. Simple and effective! We are using the app to help calculate commission payments to brand ambassadors by exporting total sales attributed to customers with a particular customer tag in any given month. Customer service was fantastic and quickly added a custom field to automatically calculate the commission payments.
