Data Export IO: Reports

Finally! Fields you can't get to through the Shopify app are available for creating decent reports! And these guys are great about helping you build them if you run into trouble. Unbelievably responsive. One of the most useful apps you can have with a fantastic Customer Support team behind it. Well done!

Just got instant, expert help from Sree on another report that included a Custom Field this time. These guys are awesome and so is their product!

Update 3-2023: Wow - EPIC customer support. I cannot possibly recommend the service and more importantly the POWER this app brings to our Shopify stores. Data exports, scheduled product status reports, sales breakdown by customer by period... the list goes on and on. We have ~15 apps in our store, this one has the most features, the best service and just $12. INCREDIBLE!!!

INCREDIBLE value for $12 a month!!! We use this app for creating live inventory status/QTY feeds to our reseller customers. We were looking for some customization, and in less than 30 minutes, Shawn had the feature totally dialed in. This app adds a TON of value in managing our business, I would strongly encourage any store owner to give it a try. We have just started exploring the vast capability of this app, super impressed!! Support has also been excellent in daytime hours (USA). Very, very impressed!!

Tec support has been amazing! They helped me get my custom report set up and tweaked after I found some things that were not working quite right. They even created extra custom reports as a work around for my issue. They were very responsive via chat and got a screenshare set up for next day when my issue could not be resolved via chat. I needed an automated report to complete inventory counts at my brick and mortor store. This report was able to auto generate at the requested schedule time weekly, as well as upload it to my Google drive for easy access at my store. I had some difficulties at the begining with figureing out all the available fields and what it mapped to on Shopify. The tech support was incredibly helpful and supported in creating my template for me rather me continuing to "click" and see what came out. I'm excited to see what other reports I can generate from this app.
