Data Export IO: Reports

Data Export is exactly what we were looking for. Love that we can customize the report ourselves and make easy changes if we need to. There is always someone available in the chat for questions and resolutions in real time. We are on the basic plan because we only need one report. We don't have to pay extra for what we don't need. Highly recommended!
It's now 2024 and we still love Data Export! They just edited our original report to add the functionality we need without trying to sell us a bigger plan. Thank you, Data Export!

Great app for reporting. Shopify support couldnt help me with some of the reports I needed or told me they were not possible. I was able to achieve those reports using this app, which also has great customer service.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app - if you are having any issues with reporting in native Shopify you should check this app out. ANY data point that touches Shopify can be put into a report. It can be a bit daunting to create the reports yourself or alter the 100's of pre-made reports -however, their customer support is incredible! Twice now I have used their chat support and they build the custom reports for us instantly and walk you though how they do it. Cant tell you how detailed and specific you can get with these reports. so unbelievably helpful !~

This app allows me to export variant data added on to my products to assist with order delivery and customization to products ordered. The customer service team is quick to assist with report builds so I can easily access the needed information. Our Shopify e-commerce store could not function at the level we do without this app. Many thanks to the customer service and IT department!

The app has all the necessary reports a store would need, (which Shopify fails to provide). The support staff is extremely responsive, helpful and their turnaround times are amazing.

This App Data Export IO has literally saved my business. I have found it so difficult to keep track of sales, transaction fees, and taxes paid across different that I was on the verge of giving up after 2 years of sales. This app has completely brought me back from the brink and has given me total control over the information I need. Their Live Human Support is also stellar. The app comes with a handful of useful pre-built reports. And if you'd need a report that isn't readily available, the support team is very quick to create a custom report and answer any and all questions you may have!
